Bay = 23.7, KTB = 17.5, Jas = 2.08 ฯลฯ ครับ...
 ขอบคุณครับพี่สมชาย ดูแล้วไม่มีแรงเลยครับวันนี้ เหมือนจ้าวทิ้งๆขว้างๆ  วอลุ่มเมื่อวานก็เหี่ยว  วันนี้ก็เหี่ยว ปิดตลาดนี่เอาเรื่อง ช่วยลุ้นหน่อยนะครับ เข้ารอบนี้ทุน2.04  Jas กำลังกระทบแนว 1.92 - 1.94 นะครับ... ถ้ามันเด้ง มันจะเด้งจากตรงนี้, พรุ่งนี้ลุ้นตอนเปิดตลาด ดูว่ามันจะวิ่งช่องบน(19.4 - 2.08) หรือวิ่งช่องล่าง (ต่ำกว่า 1.94) ถ้าเห็นมันเปิดต่ำมาแล้วไม่วิ่งขึ้นในครึ่งชั่วโมง ต้องนั่งจ้องครับ หากมีไม้ใหญ่มากวาดหมดช่องให้เห็น ควรพิจารณาขายมากกว่าพิจารณาซื้อ... ขอบคุณครับพี่สมชาย เกือบแย่ จ้าวมือหาย ไม่มาช่วยเลย ปิดลดมาอีก 1.96  Bay = 23.7, KTB = 17.5, Jas = 2.08 ฯลฯ ครับ...

วันนี้ต่างชาตืขาย 500 กว่าล้านครับ ผมว่าช่วงท้ายเป็นโบรกเกอร์ถล่มลงมาแน่เลยครับ เพราะเห็น IVL ลงแยะมากซึ่งเป็นหุ้นที่โบรกเกอร์ถือแยะครับ พรุ่งนี้มาลุ้นต่อครับ.... |

PTTEP admits oil spill reached RI water
JAKARTA: After months of bickering, Thai rig operator PTTEP Australasia conceded that the oil slick produced by last years explosion on one of its rigs in the Montara field had reached Indonesia s Timor Sea .
A team from the PTTEP also promised to conduct the field study to verify financial losses claimed by the Indonesian government. The team from the PTTEP and Indonesian officials reached the agreement during its latest meeting in Singapore over the weekend.
PTTEP admits its oil spill reached Indonesian waters, head of the Indonesian advocacy team tasked with negotiating with PTTEP over the oil spill, Masnellyarti Hilman, told reporters on Monday.
She said that PTTEP, however, had claimed that the oil spill never reached the coastal areas in East Nusa Tenggara province.
A team from PTTEP and Indonesia will visit the area [East Nusa Tenggara] to clarify our claims. They need to talk with the affected people listed in our claims, she said.
The two teams were expected to meet next year to discuss the details of the financial claims.
The Montara field, operated by PTTEP, exploded in August 2009.
Indonesia earlier claimed the oil spill affected nine Indonesian regencies around Timor Sea , polluting 70,341 square kilometers of water and coastline.
PTTEP said it had found no verifiable evidence to support any of these claims. JP

Thai ต้องมีแท่งวันพรุ่งนี้ทะลุ 50.00 ถึงชัวร์ว่ามันกลับตัวแล้ว... และหากถ้าจะเล่นจังหวะกระชากของวันพรุ่งนี้ ต้องให้ทะลุ 50.50 พร้อม Volume มากกว่า Vol ของวันนี้... |

ข่าวนี้จะทำให้ Pttep ลงรึเปล่าครับ ถ้าผลกระทบรุนแรง ใช้ตัวนี้ทำเซ็ทหลุด 1000 สบาย ขณะนี้ชั่วโมงนี้กราฟ PTTEP ยังไม่เสียครับ... แปลว่าต้องจ้อง... แต่ความรู้สึกส่วนตัวว่า หากทีมกฎหมายของ PTTEP เก่งพอ... งานนี้ไม่เข้าเนื้อมากครับ(แต่กระทบกำไรในอนาคต) เพราะหากทีมกฎหมายเก่งเขาจะเตรียมทางหนีทีไล่เอาไว้ตั้งแต่กระบวนการทำสัญญาฯ แล้วครับ, ตัวอย่างทางหนีทีไล่ก็เช่นซื้อประกันเอาไว้, ซึ่งเรื่องน้ำมันรั่วแบบนี้มันอยู่ใน Procedure ปรกติของอุตสาหกรรมนี้ เช่นเดียวกับเรื่องโดนโจรสลัดปล้นนั่นแหละครับ... พวกนักกฏหมายของอุตสาหกรรมนี้คือ Top ของ The top ในบรรดามือกฎหมายแล้วครับ... ต้องรู้ทุกอย่างตั้งแต่การบริหารธุรกิจ, Negotiator และเป็น Commander เวลาเกิด Crysis ครับ, สำหรับ PTTEP นายสมชายไม่ทราบว่าเก่งแค่ไหน แต่อย่างน้อยต้องไม่ต่ำกว่ามาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม Oil & Gas ครับ... นายสมชาย จ้องกราฟ PTTEP ครับ หากหลุด Double Bottom เมื่อไหร่ก็ต้องพิจารณาออกตัว... ปล. วงการนี้จ้างสำนักที่ปรึกษากฎหมายเช่น เบเค่อฯ เตเลกี ฯลฯ ไม่ได้... เพราะมันต้องมีความรู้ความชำนาญในสายงานอยู่ด้วย ทำนองเดียวกับทนายอาญาที่เล่นปืนด้วย จะได้เปรียบทนายเก่งแต่กฎหมายอย่างเดียวครับ... |
